More Michael in NYC

Michael Hart's studio space was just down the block from a building of historic significance (to us at least)
Jay Maisel purchased this enormous bank building back in 1966 for just over $100,000.  This building is currently in the process of being rehabbed, as Jay sold it for $55 million.  Jay is an amazing world renowned photographer- he actually used to store his film in the vault of the bank.  You can find out more about the recently sold property at 190 Bowery here.  You can find Jay Maisel's work here.
